However, if there is an issue with your booking, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve it. Party Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule a birthday party, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee. Damaged Game Equipment If any of the game equipment is found to be defective or damaged upon your visit, please report it to our staff immediately. We will replace it or offer a complimentary experience for the inconvenience. Group Activity Refunds For group activities such as school bookings or large events, we offer refunds if the booking is canceled within 7 days of the event. After that, a 50% refund is applicable. Gift Card Returns Gift cards are refundable only if unused and within 14 days of purchase. If you have any concerns with your gift card, please contact us for assistance. Event Refunds Special events hosted at Funville Playhouse may be refunded if they are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
